We’re renowned for our Just Culture work, but it’s HRO, Highly Reliable Outcomes, that began our journey. We’ve been helping high consequence organizations improve their outcomes for over 20 years. And we’ve done it by sticking to a core set of principles that may not necessarily align with conventional wisdom. This page is dedicated to a releasing of issue papers about the concepts we have found helpful in our work with those industries.
These position statements challenge the conventional thinking of today about our collective ability to prevent adverse outcomes. We hope the issue papers will evoke dialogue within leadership circles. We welcome that dialogue and thank you for giving consideration to our thoughts.
